Planning Size Ratios For A Container
Work From Your Market Data
The safest ratio comes from your own sales history. As a starting point, industrial programmes typically concentrate 60–70% of volume in sizes 40–44 [confirm a recommended ratio with the factory].
Fit-Test Before Volume
Order one pair per key size as samples, have end users wear them for a week, then lock the ratio. Sample policy [TBC].
OEM Ratio Flexibility
On private-label production the size breakdown can be tuned per order — send your preferred ratio with the enquiry and we will confirm feasibility.

Common Sizing Questions
Should I size up for safety shoes?
No — a loose boot causes blisters and reduces protection. The toecap already includes allowance; buy your measured size.
Are half sizes available?
Most models run whole sizes only; half sizes exist on selected lasts [availability TBC]. When between sizes, take the larger whole size.
What about wide feet?
Selected models come on wider lasts; for wide-fit or OEM programmes specify requirements in your enquiry [wide-fit range TBC].
